Cancellation Policy
SCHEDULING AND CANCELATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I am making My Appointment in Honest Intent to attend. In doing so I am agreeing to the booking requirements herein to hold my appointments for me.
*Card information is securely encrypted into the Gloss Genius Booking system not in the GAM417 business itself. GAM417 does not hold your card information and only sees the last 4 digits to verify with you upon check out.
BOOKING DEPOSITS - Go towards your final cost of service. THEY ARE NOT EXTRA CHARGES. 💯
Clients understand it is their responsibility to plan accordingly. Thus, being Respectful of the Scheduled Time Bracket their Artist has Set Aside Just for Them. Client understands that their Artist MUST have sufficient time to comfortably create their best work for you. Please, do not rush your artist. Artists must be able to go over procedure details written in the contract of service, and maintain your approval of your design BEFORE beginning any procedure. Client agrees and understands that being more than 15 minutes late and/or no call, no shows may be considered as forfeit of their time bracket and terms of cancellation will be adhered to.
* PLEASE COMMUNICATE by direct contact (call / text studio) if an EMERGENCY happens, and you need to reschedule. Contact MUST be made by the end of same business day as your scheduled appointment and proof of emergency MAY be required.
IF the client is late more than twice or requests to reschedule MORE THAN TWICE the service will need to be paid in full to move their scheduled appointment again. All deposits are non refundable. If the client would like another future appointment they will need to reschedule and pay for their full service upfront to be able to book again.
Client feels informed or has contacted GAM417 about any questions or concerns. Client agrees to sign the provided online procedure forms and/or is agreeing to sign the same procedure contract in person the day of their scheduled appointment BEFORE any procedure can begin. If client refuses to sign the day of their appointment and/or chooses to opt out of their procedure the day of, the artist will completely support their personal decision. However, the client understands the booking fee agreement of 50 percent of service(s) will apply to cover your booking time slot held for you and deposits are non refundable. The client understands if they are unsure, it is their responsibility to seek information to be sure that any of their skin/health conditions are not an issue for their chosen service ahead of scheduling. If client does not directly contact GAM417 to reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours prior to their current scheduled service, they will be subject to 50 percent of their scheduled session(s). This is to cover your own requested time slot, the artist’s time, efforts, and loss of income from your absence, along with high risk of filling your scheduled time block that has been set aside just for you the client.

RESCHEDULING
If your appointment is rescheduled BEFORE the 48-hour window there is NO EXTRA FEE TO RESCHEDULE. If client asks a second time for a rescheduling request, another deposit towards your service will be required to show sincerity.
As the client I am confirming I have read or had read to me the agreement here in, and understand the information provided by choosing to now move forward. I am doing so by allowing my debit/credit card to now be placed on file and used for my service as I have read above.
Further Face to Face Payments Adjustments can be made at time of your service or through some App Payments.
